Acorus Calamus Variegatus, or Variegated Sweet Flag, is similar to Acorus calamus but with green and cream vertical striped leaves. This citrus-scented plant has also be used in fragrances and medicinal cures.
Little maintenance is required. Trim just above the water surface after foliage has died back in Autumn to tidy leaving a little material to protect new shoots.
